On Sunday 26th November in Blackrock, Cork City, Centre Stage School's Pulse Company, Ignite Company, Senior Company and Elite Company all competed at the Aaron Dwyer Dance Competition. It was an early morning for some with the competition kicking off at 8.30am, but these dancers are committed and passionate about what they do so that was no problem. They performed impeccably in a range of different dance styles; Jazz, Commercial, Lyrical and an Open section. They performed in groups, as well as solos, duets and trios, and the results speak for themselves with a multitude of awards in every category. We would like to thank the talented dance teachers and choreographers David O'Connor, Aobhinn Quirke and Annemarie Cahill for their work towards this competition. We would also like to thank the students for their energy and commitment and the performers' parents for their unwavering support!
