We are so excited to announce Summer Camps 2024...Theatre Tots (3 - 5yrs), Curtain Up Kids (6 - 12yrs) and Broadway Intensive (a two week camp for 9 to 18yrs) are back with fresh themes, new dance routines but all with the same focus on child centred development and entertainment. Bookings are open now, and some camps are almost booked out! Read on for all the details!
This summer our Theatre Tots (3 - 5yrs) will explore the world of 'Fairytale Fantasy'. Immersed in fairytale themed drama games and imaginative exercises, they learn songs and dances from their favourite stories. This camp has been a huge success over the last five years, giving our little performers a safe and creative space to tap into their imagination and immerse in a week of song, story and dance. They also partake in loads of fun activities; arts and crafts, story telling and scavenger hunt, to name but a few. The end-of-week display is the highlight of the week, when parents and family are invited to come and watch choreographed Musical Theatre pieces that students work on during the camp.

Curtain Up Kids (6 - 12yrs) will enjoy a summer camp based on musical movie sensations 'Wonka' and 'Sing!'. This camp will incorporate all your child's favourite songs and dances from the movie - the activities facilitate the joy of being on stage and aims to boost self-confidence whenever possible. Jazz dance, lyrical dance, singing, acting, arts and crafts make this a busy week for any young performer! At the end of the week, parents and family are invited to a fabulous display of what the students have been practicing during the week.

Broadway Intensive Academy 2024 (a 9 day camp over 2 weeks) promises to be the highlight of Summer 2023, offering the most exciting and engaging CSS summer camp experience of all - this year Broadway Intensive theme is the outstanding music/lyrics of Lin Manuel Miranda, with songs and dances like 'History will lay its eye on you'. Your tweenager/teenager will not want to miss this all-singing, all-dancing, all-acting academy...Students will be asked daily (9.30am - 3.30pm) to raise the roof tops with their vocals leaving it ALL on the dance floor, culminating in a fully costumed Musical Theatre production on the evening of Friday 16th August in Schoolyard Theatre, Charleville. Varied fun activities such as shooting a promo video outdoors and making props will all be part of the summer experience. Not to mention the fun and laughs guaranteed throughout. So get booking! Enrollment is limited, and to join this camp, students must already be a member of Centre Stage School or have a high standard of dance. Only available in Mallow Studio.
